What's the difference between Fill and Fit?
Fill makes the image exactly the size you chose and trims the edges if the shape differs, which is best for profile photos and posts. Fit keeps the whole image and makes it as large as possible inside the size.
Are the social media sizes up to date?
They're the commonly recommended sizes in 2026. Platforms change their layouts from time to time, so check the platform's own guidance for anything critical.
Will resizing blur my images?
Making images smaller keeps them sharp; the tool shrinks in steps for a clean result. Making them larger than the original can't add detail, so they'll look softer.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The tool runs as code in your browser tab and processes the file on your own device. Nothing is sent to a server, and the site's security policy blocks the page from sending data to any other website. You can check: open your browser's developer tools, watch the Network tab while the tool runs, and you'll see no upload.
