Reporting a problem with a tool

These details help us reproduce it:

• Which tool, and what you expected to happen
• The exact error message, if there was one
• Your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone)
• The file size and number of pages

Please don't send confidential files. We never see the files you process with the tools, and we'd rather keep it that way. If a specific file causes a problem, a description (or a version with sensitive content removed) is enough.
