Questions
Can I use non-English text, like Hindi or Nepali?
Yes. Text in scripts the standard PDF fonts can't show (Devanagari, Chinese, Arabic and others) is drawn by your browser and added as an image, so it always displays correctly. Latin text is added as real text.
Can someone remove the watermark?
A watermark deters casual copying but isn't tamper-proof. Someone with PDF editing software can remove it. For stronger protection, watermark the file and then flatten or convert it to images.
Can I watermark only some pages?
Yes. Type the page ranges in the Pages box, or leave it empty for every page.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The tool runs as code in your browser tab and processes the file on your own device. Nothing is sent to a server, and the site's security policy blocks the page from sending data to any other website. You can check: open your browser's developer tools, watch the Network tab while the tool runs, and you'll see no upload.
