Questions

My PDF has lines to write on but no fields. Can I fill it?

This tool fills real form fields. For a flat form, use the PDF Annotator's text tool to type on the page.

Can I fill in non-English text?

Yes, and it's saved in the field. The built-in PDF fonts can't draw scripts like Devanagari, so the tool asks PDF readers to display those fields with their own fonts, which most do. Such forms can't be flattened.

What about dynamic (XFA) forms?

Some government forms include a dynamic XFA layer that most apps ignore. The tool fills the standard fields and removes the XFA layer so your answers show everywhere.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The tool runs as code in your browser tab and processes the file on your own device. Nothing is sent to a server, and the site's security policy blocks the page from sending data to any other website. You can check: open your browser's developer tools, watch the Network tab while the tool runs, and you'll see no upload.
