Is the rotation permanent?
Yes. The new orientation is saved in the file, so it opens the right way up in every PDF reader.
Does rotating change the content or quality?
No. Rotation only changes the page's orientation setting. Nothing is re-rendered or compressed.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The tool runs as code in your browser tab and processes the file on your own device. Nothing is sent to a server, and the site's security policy blocks the page from sending data to any other website. You can check: open your browser's developer tools, watch the Network tab while the tool runs, and you'll see no upload.
